2. Studio Rental Agreement

All studio rentals are subject to the following terms:

• Payment: Full payment for studio rental is due prior to the commencement of your rental period. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental period will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.
• Studio Usage: The studio must be used in a responsible and professional manner. Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or property caused by themselves, their staff, or their clients.
• Equipment: Clients are responsible for the proper use of all studio equipment. Any damage to equipment will be assessed, and the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. A complete list of available equipment and its operating instructions will be provided upon request and during the studio orientation.
• Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their shoot, including removing trash and organizing equipment. A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is not left in acceptable condition.
• Liability: Lenscape Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Clients are advised to secure their valuables and equipment.
• Permitted Use: The studio is intended for photography and videography purposes. Any other use must be approved in writing by Lenscape Studios.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate a rental session if the client engages in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
• Overtime: Overtime charges will apply for any time exceeding the originally booked rental period. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
